Disruption expected on Portugal TAP flights this weekend

Customers who are booked on flights to Portugal with TAP over the Bank Holiday weekend should be aware that industrial action has been threatened by many of the airport service providers used by Portuguese airline.

The industrial action is being threatened in a dispute over pay and is likely to affect TAP’s ground operations at all Portuguese airports which are likely to result in delays and / or flight cancellations.

Customers flying on the days of the threatened strike have been advised to travel with hand-luggage only if at all possible. TAP have confirmed that any passengers who wish to change flights may do so free of any charges. The airline has also apologized to customers for any flight disruptions which may arise from the strike.
