Low cost airline Flybe has announced that it received a record amount of visitors to is website last week as demand for flights soared, despite the recent economic downturn. The news comes as Flybe announced a host of cheap flights in its ten-day sale which marks as much as 50% off some popular routes.
Additional cheap flights from Flybe will be jetting off in the summer of 2009 as the low cost airline announced more routes from Exeter, Southampton and Birmingham Airport.
