SideStep.com Adds Travel Deals to UK & Ireland Site

New pages have been added to the SideStep.com UK & Ireland sites that will promote the best travel deals found on the web. SideStep, the ‘travellers search engine’, searches dozen of sites to find the webs best travel bargains, checking online agencies, consolidators, airlines, hotels, package holiday providers and car hire companies. It searches and consolidates results from more than 200 travel websites, including more than 150,000 hotels and 600 airlines in the United States and worldwide.

Users of SideStep will now have access to top ten deals of the particular day as well as specific flight, hotel, car hire, cruise and package holiday deals. The new pages will be run by the SideStep deals team.

SideStep was founded in 2000 and launched its website in the beginning of 2005. Investors include Trident Capital, NVP and others. In 2006, SideStep acquired TravelPost, a hotel review and user-generated content website.
