Suggestions that Silverjet is to be revived by a Middle East investor following its demise earlier this month have been rejected by the all business carriers chief executive Lawrence Hunt.

Silverjet could be set to launch flights from Luton within a matter of weeks once an expected deal is confirmed by regulators. It means the all business class carriers could resume flights to New York and Dubai, less than two weeks after the company were required to suspend all flights following financial problems.
Silverjet, the low cost business airline is in discussions about a possible takeover. Reports suggest Luton based Silverjet is in talks with two prospective buyer airlines, although details of which are yet to be revealed.
Silverjet, the business only airline which operates flights between London, New York and Dubai has said it filled 65% of available seats last month and failed to reach a goal of generating its first month of operating profit.
Business class flights specialist Silverjet has announced that February brought with it an increased load factor, as well as high expectations for forward bookings to be strong.
Silverjet, the all business class airline will operate flights to Dubai in addition to those offered to New York. Silverjet will begin the service in November with prices starting at £1,099 for a return.
Silverjet, the business-only airline, is at the centre of speculation linking it with a link-up to a major European carrier in order to help it enter the lucrative London Heathrow - New York route.
