easyjet flightsEasyJet has commenced cheap flights to three new destinations from Liverpool John Lennon Airport following the addition of a ninth aircraft to its fleet at the airport.

EasyJet’s £20m Airbus A320 began operations to Dubrovnik, Naples and Bordeaux this week for the first time from Liverpool, taking the total number of routes easyJet offers from the base to 21.

EasyJet commercial manager Carly Brear said: “Liverpool continues to be our busiest UK base outside of London, and the launch of the new aircraft shows just how much support we have from our customers here.

“We’ve listened to customer feedback and are confident our three newest routes will be a huge success, continuing to expand the choice for our customers in the North of England.”

Liverpool John Lennon Airport is the low cost carrier’s busiest base outside of London and was recently described as being "crucial" to the recent success of Liverpool John Lennon by airport owners Peel Airports.
